Katherine Moss

I provide empirically-supported psychotherapy for Children, adolescents, and Adults. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. My areas of specialization include anxiety spectrum disorders, with particular emphasis on OCD and parenting management, particularly for Children with anxiety and behavioral dysregulation. I also have expertise in treating co-occurring BFRBs.
