Rebecca Taylor

Rebecca is a licensed psychologist that works with individuals (18 and older) who struggle with hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, etc. She individualizes treatment to each client and incorporates evidence-based therapies/techniques (including mindfulness, comprehensive behavioral therapy, Habit Reversal Training, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy [ACT]). She is also a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist with training in sensory modulation.
