Laura Yocum, MS, PPS,

Laura Yocum, MS, PPS, received both her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and her School Counseling / Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential at California State University at Northridge (CSUN). Prior to joining the OCD Center of Los Angeles in 2011, Laura spent three years working as a therapist for students and their Families at the middle school and high school levels. She also has extensive training in Art Therapy and Music Therapy for the treatment of Children and teenagers. Laura specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based CBT for Adults, adolescents, and Children with a wide range of disorders including OCD, Trichotillomania, and Dermatillomania. She has presented at annual conferences of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and the TLC Foundation for BFRBs, and is a professional member of both organizations. Laura provides individual therapy, online therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment exclusively at our Woodland Hills office.
