Being personally familiar with the impact of Trichotillomania on the individual and family, I offer an empathetic and compassionate understanding of the process of recovery. I desire to tailor individual treatment for my clients using Comprehensive Behavior Therapy (ComB) integrated with neuroscience, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness training. My extensive training in family systems also offers help and hope to the individual and the family seeking to live fully in the midst of the challenge of living with BFRBs.
