Twice monthly free online meeting led by a certified Peer Support Specialist with lived experience overcoming dermatillomania. Peer led support group: Let's get down to business, breaking free from habits we are ready to move past. This session will involve checking in, identifying triggers, exploring solutions, and goal setting when you feel ready. Compulsive behaviors can feel too big to overcome, but I know firsthand that it is possible to feel freedom again. I've learned to work with my sensory needs, and add in new habits to dilute the power of the old compulsive ones. This is designed to be a judgment free zone to explore and uncover solutions for compulsive skin picking, hair pulling or nail biting, hope to see you soon.
