This is one of the most important projects we’ve launched in the history of TLC. We need your voice to make a difference for the entire BFRB community through the BFRB Community Health Needs Assessment & Impact Survey. We want to learn more about how these behaviors show up in your life, how they’re impacting you, and how we can deliver support and resources that will make a difference for you. This survey gathers data related to social determinants of health, that in turn will help TLC inform community leaders, public policy makers, and funders about where education, health, housing, and human services systems need to improve to appropriately serve the needs of the BFRB community.
