Dr. Busch specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, yet also incorporates Acceptance &, Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness to further promote well-being and to help individuals reach their personal treatment goals. Individual, group and family sessions for all ages. Treatment is collaborative, individualized and evidence-based. Dr. Busch treats trichotillomania (hair pulling) and skin picking disorder, as well as a variety of mood and anxiety disorders and OCD. Dr. Busch also offers a Trichotillomania Support Group for Adults (ages 18 and up). Group meets every Wednesday 8:00-8:45 pm. $40 fee per meeting. Members are taught HRT, CBT strategies, and Mindfulness Meditation in a supportive and collaborative environment.
