Treats adolescents and Adults, hair-pullers and skin-pickers. Offers cognitive-behavioral therapy and Habit Reversal Training. Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8:30 pm. Dr. Martz-Nelson takes a collaborative approach to Trich treatment. With Dr. Martz-Nelson, clients evaluate the history of their trich, its impact, current triggers, interventions to increase awareness, and provide alternative behaviors. Dealing with clients' feelings about having and coping with trich is equally important.
