Mindful Stress &, Anxiety Management Center of Philadelphia provides compassionate individualized outpatient treatment for sufferers of OCD and related disorders as well as treatment for the full range of anxiety disorders. A free OCD/related disorders support group that meets the first and third Tuesday of each month is available. In addition, an 8-week mindfulness training group that meets 5 times a year is also offered. As well as a yearly intensive weekend at a Quaker retreat.
