Julie DiMatteo

I am a clinical psychologist board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and trauma in adolescents and Adults, as well as the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I also provide parent training to parents of anxious adolescents and young Adults. I believe in creating a collaborative and inclusive environment, and I am extensively trained in working with Autistic adolescents, Adults, and their Families.As a CBT therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to understand the difficulties they are experiencing, identify goals, and establish healthier, more adaptive thoughts and behaviors. It is my goal for clients to feel supported and strengthened in our relationship in order to reach their desired outcomes.
