My path into this work started with peer support—being someone who listens with compassion and lived experience. Over the last 10 years, I’ve added training, education, and clinical tools that allow me to support real, lasting change. My approach blends Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and expressive arts approaches, grounded in the belief that healing happens in spaces where we feel that we belong.
