I utilize the ComB model to treat BFRBs. We will explore many different components relating to the BFRB. A big part of treatment is the use of sensory items that can fill that sensation of your hair or skin etc. When you come into my office, I will have a basket of all different types of sensory items and fidget materials for you to try out. This way, you will know exactly what to buy for yourself!
