Specializes in treating trichotillomania, skin picking, and Other body-focused repetitive behaviors, as well as anxiety disorders and relationship problems. Ms. Sirowitz has advanced training in psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and attended the first TLC Professional Training Institute in 2003. She is uniquely qualified to treat people with body-focused disorders, having struggled with trich herself. She works with Adults, adolescents, Children and parents to develop an individual program to meet their needs. Treatments may include cognitive behavior therapy, habit reversal training, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and relapse prevention.‍
