Leah Benjamin

I am a licensed clinical psychologist working in Concord, MA (licensed for telehealth in the state of Massachusetts). My therapeutic style is warm, direct, playful, and collaborative in nature. I primarily work with older adolescents, emerging Adults, and Adults to treat anxiety disorders, and mood disorders, with a specialized focus on treating body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). When treating BFRBs, I primarily use the ComB model. I am also trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT, and will incorporate interventions from these treatments when applicable.
