Lynne Sill

Lynne’s career has evolved from working directly with adolescents in residential treatment to holding various clinical, management, and executive positions, giving her a comprehensive view of the multiple layers necessary for a successful treatment center. Her dedication to client care is the driving force behind her work. Outside the professional sphere, Lynne enjoys boating, soccer, and cherishing time with her family, as well as staying abreast of the latest research and developing new policies to enhance client treatment outcomes.Lynne Sill brings an impressive academic and professional background to her role, holding a Master’s in Social Work and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City. Her journey in the social sciences began in 1999, since then, she has accumulated a wealth of experience and specialized training. Lynne is a graduate of the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, focusing on exposure and response prevention therapy, and the Advanced Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, where Lynne honed her skills in treating comorbid conditions such as Autism Spectrum, Body Dysmorphic, and Hoarding Disorders alongside Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Additionally, she holds a Behavioral Tech certification for Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure.
