I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience working with Children, adolescents, college students/young Adults, Adults, and Families. My professional background includes outpatient and community mental health, school-based social work and crisis intervention, and higher levels of care including IOP and PHP programs. I have advanced training and specialize in Exposure &, Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Complex Anxiety, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
