I have over 10 years of experience treating BFRBs in outpatient and group settings. With the understanding that BFRBs often function to soothe the nervous system and can result in feelings of guilt, shame, and embarrassment, I aim to provide supportive and compassionate care. I also utilize specialized strategies to help regulate your body in productive ways, while addressing the underlying emotional and psychological factors as well. I provide in-person and virtual therapy in SC and virtual therapy only in CO.
