Pick Hope Instead TTM Group

Pick Hope Instead is a BFRB (Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior) Support Group for individuals 18+ with hair picking/pulling tendencies, otherwise known as Trichotillomania (TTM), Dermatillomania (skin-picking), and other BFRB's.

The goal of this group is to provide a safe and supportive place where you can feel that you are not alone with TTM, and also feel hopeful, loved, and accepted. We will share our experiences with TTM, learn and share strategies and resources with one another, and the possibility of healing and recovery. Guest speakers will attend from time to time.

This support group meets on the first Monday of the month from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. CST in St. Charles, IL.
